How long will it take to reach me?
Every set is built once you order, so we need 2 to 5 business days to assemble and pack yours. Delivery then runs 6 to 10 business days, which is roughly 8 to 15 business days in total. Tracked shipping is free everywhere, and your tracking link arrives by email the moment the parcel moves.
How does it actually work?
The acrylic frame holds a small speaker and its own storage. Each mini disc carries an NFC chip the frame recognises. Rest a disc on the frame and the matching track starts, lift it off and the sound stops. There is nothing else to press.
Is there music on it when it arrives?
No, and that is rather the point. The nine folders arrive empty so the songs are entirely your choice. You copy in your own MP3 files, one per folder, and the set becomes personal from the very first play.
Do I need a phone, an app or Wi-Fi?
None of them. No account to create, no Bluetooth pairing, nothing to download. The frame plays from its own memory, so it behaves exactly the same in a room with no signal at all.
