<h2>Returns</h2>
<p>You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them. To begin, email <a href="mailto:hello@crossingcraft.com">hello@crossingcraft.com</a> with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back without hearing from us first.</p>
<p>Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.</p>

<h2>Damaged or Defective Items</h2>
<p>Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@crossingcraft.com">hello@crossingcraft.com</a> within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and there's no need to send the damaged item back.</p>
<p>Orders with our 90-Day Warranty ($6.00) are covered for any defect within 90 days of delivery. We replace the item free of charge.</p>

<h2>Exchanges</h2>
<p>The fastest way to exchange is to request a return, and once it's approved, place a new order for the item you want.</p>

<p>Each set is made to order, so we build and pack yours within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.</p>

<p>After processing, packages typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. International transit times can occasionally vary due to customs or carrier delays beyond our control.</p>
