Each set is made to order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. Product images are illustrative and minor variations may occur. Prices may change without notice.

3. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep content current and accurate, but we make no warranty as to the accuracy of product descriptions or pricing. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of purchase through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. Orders are processed in 2 to 5 business days and typically deliver 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property and Fan-Made Products

CrossingCraft content may not be reproduced without permission. Our products are unofficial, fan-made collector's items and are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any game publisher. The frame ships with no music loaded. Customers supply their own MP3 files, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they hold the rights to any audio they load onto the device.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

9. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
