Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every CrossingCraft order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. There are no shipping charges at checkout for any country or order size.

Processing Time

Each set is made to order, so please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to build and pack your frame and discs (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days. That means most orders arrive within about 8 to 15 business days from the day you order.

International transit times can occasionally vary because of customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions, all of which are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement after that email arrives, and international shipments don't register at every checkpoint. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email hello@crossingcraft.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, we reship your order free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Without protection, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your own country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. CrossingCraft is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs clearance.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email hello@crossingcraft.com as soon as possible and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been packed yet. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
