Shipping & delivery

How long until it arrives?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

My tracking hasn't updated in days.

Tracking often goes quiet for a stretch while a parcel is in transit between carriers. It usually catches up. If it's been more than seven days with no movement, email us and we'll chase it.

The product

Does it come with music on it?

No, and that's deliberate. The frame arrives empty. You plug it into a Mac or PC with the included USB-C cable, it mounts like an ordinary drive with nine numbered folders, and you drag one MP3 into each. Stick the matching numbered chip on a disc and it's linked.

Do I need an app, wifi, or Bluetooth?

None of the three. The frame plays through its own speaker, on its own. There's no app to download and no account to make.

What file types work?

MP3 only. Other formats won't play, so convert first if you need to.

Can I change a song later?

Yes, as many times as you like. Swap the MP3 in that disc's folder and it's re-linked.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 hours of playback per charge. It charges over the same USB-C cable.

How does it mount?

Built-in magnets, so it sticks straight to a fridge. It also stands on a desk or shelf.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes for all nine discs.

Returns & guarantee

What if I don't like it?

Return it within 30 days for a full refund, shipping included. You don't need a reason.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Send us a short video of the problem and we'll replace it free. If you added the 90-Day Warranty, that cover extends to any manufacturing or component fault for 90 days from delivery.

What does Shipping Protection actually do?

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we reship free — no claim forms and no waiting on a carrier investigation.

If it hasn't shipped, yes. Email us quickly and we'll sort it.

Within 24 hours, and usually a good deal sooner.
